In her words; “My perspective on healing dramatically shifted after my studies at the School of Integrative Manual Therapy in CT. The body is not one-dimensional and neither is sustainable healing. There are many aspects that need to be addressed for each patient to succeed.
We must learn to reprogram our thoughts and clearly see how our patterns, cravings, hormones, bugs, and sugar stand in the way of achieving our health goals. Sugar takes away our ability to eat intuitively. Our hormone balance depends on this.
Decreasing inflammation is the foundation to all weight-loss goals. Balancing sugar, positive thinking, and the bugs in our gut are what make “the wins” sustainable. Each person’s journey is unique. We must empower patients to take control of their health. Taking Control is a program I developed for patients to have the tools they need for success at home.
I feel truly grateful and honored by each patient I’ve worked with. I learn and grow with each one, because we dig deep to find the root causes of their individual challenges. We listen, and listen some more, until we find that “Aha” moment and embrace success.
Thank you to all my patients who took a chance, and worked very hard towards their personal milestones. You are all worth every moment. Cheers to your continued success and weight-loss victories!”
